Wine Tour – 3 Henley vineyards

Exclusive access to the Chilterns’ boutique Henley vineyards

11.15 am -Meet at Burnham Station (Elizabeth Line and GWR)

Board the minibus, settle in, meet your hosts, and take part in the palate‑sensitivity test to discover how your taste buds compare to the group.

11.30am -Depart for Jojo’s

11.50am -Jojo’s Vineyard Sparkling wine welcome + Tour

Arrive at the first vineyard for a glass of English sparkling wine and a guided walk among the vines.

Back in the tasting room, Kirsty will lead you through a professional tasting session and share practical tips for choosing wine with confidence.

1 pm – Pavilion Lunch

A relaxed, seasonal lunch including
Cheese & Charcuterie Board or
Classic Picnic Selection
Both include a sweet slice, and all dietary needs can be catered for.

2.15pm –

Arrive at the next vineyard and meet the owner, who will take you through the winemaking process.

3.45pm

Depart the Vineyard for the return to Henley and onto Twyford Railway Station.

Please note – There is a minimum number required for each Tour to operate. We reserve the right to move your booking to another date if this minimum number is not reached within 6 weeks of the tour date. We will then communicate the re-arranged plans.

The Henley Tour is working with the magnificent vineyards located around Henley, to expand on the idea we have already embraced in the Northern Chilterns. This will give you an opportunity to connect with true local artisans from the area, all with fantastic stories to tell. Choose a date and tour option that suits you.

Adults 18+ only (photo ID may be requested) · Minimum 12 guests per date — if a date doesn’t reach its minimum, we’ll offer you another date, a credit or a full refund · Free cancellation up to 29 days before the tour · Walking on uneven vineyard ground — wear sturdy footwear · Dietary requirements needed 10 days before · Pickup details emailed 7 days before · Full booking terms apply.

A full day immersive tour of 3 vineyards nearby to Henley-on-Thames, with a guide. You will get to meet their owners, hear their story and sample their wine. The day includes lunch and transport with an opportunity to purchase wines at the vineyards visited.

Get picked up from nearby to Twyford station at 9.30am or in Henley-on-Thames at 9.50 for a fully inclusive wine tour.

The order of vineyard visits is Jojo’s Vineyard, Stonor Valley Vineyard and Oaken Grove Vineyard. Return to the pickup point nearby to Twyford Station by 4pm.

The all-inclusive tour includes:
Tour guide
All transportation
Visiting 3 vineyards and meeting the owners (travel time is no more than 35 mins between vineyards)
Tasting and tours at all 3 vineyards with nibbles included
Full lunch – selection of 16 meal options incl vegan, vegetarian and any intolerances

Pickup locations will be emailed to you a few weeks prior to the event – please make sure that our email address is marked as ‘safe’ and you have provided your phone number.

Please note that there is a minimum number required for this tour and Chiltern Safaris reserves the right to move your booking to another suitable day, should the minimum requirement not be met.

Due to the boutique nature of the vineyards visited, there is always a small chance that the itinerary change may be required. If this is the case, you will be notified promptly.
