Next up in the calendar is the 2026 Chiltern Cycle Tour – to be held on the 30th May – an exciting day out exploring the Chilterns whilst celebrating Buckmoorend Farm’s 10th Birthday.

Our Blue Line Wine Tour continues proudly into 2026, giving you an opportunity to embrace the core concept of what we are trying to achieve – connecting with true local artisans with fantastic stories to tell.

Adding to our wine tour schedule, we will now be venturing to Henley’s beautiful and finest vineyards on offer.

Another exciting event added to our calendar is the 2026 Chiltern Cycle Tour which will be happening on the 30th May.

2026 Food and Drink Safaris

This is a full day all-inclusive, immersive Chilterns experience. A great opportunity to explore the stunning landscape and nature, while being introduced to the talented local food and drinks artisans.

You will be able to taste the produce and learn about the each artisan’s craft. The day begins with a 45 min guided nature walk, followed by a visit to 3 artisans, lunch and transport with an opportunity to purchase produce at each venue.

This is the first of its kind, a unique way to immerse yourself in nature and meet local artisans while tasting their produce. It is an all-inclusive full day of activities, curated for anyone that would like to explore the Chilterns’ best sights and tastes in a different way.

After being picked up from nearby to Amersham Railway Station, the first stop is a guided nature walk with the Jon Mason – @theearlybirder. Jon will be sharing his knowledge about the seasonal fauna and flora on this gentle 40 minute stroll where we will be looking out for Bluebells and other wildflowers.

Stop 2 will be a timely and seasonal visit to Church Farm to experience a ‘Lambing Live’ session. There will be an opportunity to meet the ewes, pet a lamb and hear about how the farm cares for the sheep at this important time of year. Fortunate timing may even see a lamb being born! (Bottle feeding only available if/when we have any lambs that need supplementary feeding – we will never remove a healthy lamb from its mother, but you’re still welcome to hand feed the ewes)

Stop 3 will be a delicious 2 course lunch with a glass of wine at Oxmoor Farm. They produce stunning seasonal plates and are on a mission to make the planet a better place through food by shining a light on the way it is produced, supplied and consumed.

Stop 4 will be a wine and cheese pairing at No.2 Pound Street. A specially curated pairing of 4 English cheeses with wines from boutique vineyards. No.2 Pound Street is your quintessentially British-focused cheesemonger and wine shop focused on small, niche producers. A true local Chiltern artisan.

2026 Chiltern Cycle Tour

2026 Chiltern Cycle Tour – in celebration of Buckmoorend’s 10th Birthday

To celebrate in style, Buckmoorend Farm have teamed up with Otec Bikes and Chiltern Safari to put on a full day’s worth of activities. The morning and afternoon will see cyclists on a tour de Chilterns, visiting celebrated artisans as they make their way around back to the farm for 4pm. Those joining in the evening (along with the cyclists) will be treated to the farm’s inner workings, with a butchery farm and farmer discussion, with a live band and stalls and locally reared beef brisket and sides included for dinner.

The day’s itinerary –

10–11 am – Breakfast in the haybarn at Buckmoorend Farm
Pastries, coffee & tea. Farm Kitchen open for extras

11:00 am – Cycle tour departs
Guided ride through the Chilterns AONB

11:45 am – 12:45 pm – Chiltern Brewery tour & tasting
Chiltern Brewery Taproom tour followed by a guided beer tasting. Browse the shop — orders held for collection at Buckmoorend

1:45–3:00 pm – Cheese & wine pairing at No.2 Pound Street
Guided tasting with hand-picked wine pairings

3:30 pm – Rest stop at Coombe Hill
Regroup and take in the views before the final leg

2026 Wine Safaris

A full day immersive tour of 3 vineyards nearby to Henley-on-Thames, with a guide. You will get to meet their owners, hear their story and sample their wine. The day includes lunch and transport with an opportunity to purchase wines at the vineyards visited.

Get picked up from nearby to Twyford station at 9.30am or in Henley-on-Thames at 9.50 for a fully inclusive wine tour.

The order of vineyard visits is Chiltern Valley Winery, Fairmile Vineyard and Jojo’s Vineyard. Return to the pickup point nearby to Twyford Station by 4.30pm.

The all-inclusive tour includes:
Tour guide
All transportation
Visiting 3 vineyards and meeting the owners (travel time is no more than 35 mins between vineyards)
Tasting and tours at all 3 vineyards with nibbles included
Full lunch – selection of 16 meal options incl vegan, vegetarian and any intolerances

The order of vineyard visits is Daws Hill Vineyard, Woodfine Wine and Dropmore Vineyard. Return to the pickup point nearby to Amersham Station by 4pm.

The all-inclusive tour includes:

Visiting 3 vineyards and meeting the owners (travel time is no more than 35 mins between vineyards)
Tasting at all 3 vineyards with nibbles included
A full vineyard tour at one of the vineyards – where they process natural wine and learn about their practical ways of avoiding harmful additives (natural pesticides/chickens/bees as pollinators)
